What we’re looking for:
- Account or Team Leadership experience
- Proven recruitment background including business development ( 5-10ys ) – expectation is £180-300K in annual Billings)
- Outgoing, bright individual who has big ambitions for their career
- Team player (not the kind of person to step on others to get ahead)
- Motivated self-starter (essential as you won’t be micro-managed here!)
- Tenacity and resilience to keep going when things don’t go smoothly
- Experience within the IT / Engineering sectors
- Ideally specialist vertical market capabilities in Tech (Desirable)
- Able to commute to Bristol by car or train 2- 3 days per
